New Paintings from Maine (and a short visit to Bermuda!) |
| In August 2010 I was Artist in Residence at Acadia National Park. Once again, I found my inspiration on the Schoodic Peninsula and on Mount Desert Island.
Many thanks to Kate Petrie and everyone at Acadia National Park. I loved painting in this most inspiring of places, and I particularly enjoyed teaching the "Sketching by the Sea" workshops every week. Back in March of 2010 I got my first look at Bermuda. What a place! What color! I'm very much looking forward to returning for a three-month residency in 2011, thanks to the Masterworks Foundation.
